Can I use my ø USB Modem in other laptops?
Yes you can. But you’ll need to install Connection Manager before you use it. Your data
allowance stays the same, no matter how many laptops you use.
If you access the The Cloud Wi-Fi network, you can only access this from one laptop at a
time. To change laptops, send a text from your connection manager with the word ‘Wi-Fi’
to 2121. It’s free, so it’ll work even if you’re on Pay & Go. Wait for an hour, then register
your new laptop.
What’s the difference between ø Mobile Broadband and ø Home Broadband?
ø Mobile Broadband uses a portable modem, so you can use it when you’re out
and about.
You can only use ø Home Broadband in your home. It’s faster than ø Mobile Broadband,
so it’s better for downloading large files like music. And it has no download limit.
Why isn’t my email working?
You might need to change your settings to make some email services work on
ø Mobile Broadband.
Change your outgoing server to smtp.o2.co.uk and turn on Authentication. For more
