OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS

BUILT-IN TRAINING MODES

3.1 There are 12 built-in training modes: P1-P12. The 
dif culty varies between the modes (reference the 
graphs here for details. 

3.2 You can always adjust the treadmill speed during 
exercise, no matter which mode is selected.

3.3 To select a training mode, in the standby state 
press the SPEED button to view the different training 
modes. Keep pressing the SPEED button until you 
are on the training mode you desire, then press 
the SELECT button. The Time icon will blink on the 
console; press the SPEED plus or minus buttons to set 
the time parameter. Press the START button to start 
the treadmill’s movement.

3.4 When you've completed the built-in training mode 
the treadmill will stop and enter the standby mode.
