and 2 x 120 MHz e200z4 delayed lockstep safety cores

S32Rx qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 and ambient temperature of -40 to 
+150 °C

S32R274RRUEVB is compatible with MPC57xxMB motherboard for 
expanded IO functionality

Integrated JTAG interface for easy debugging
