VREFH/VREF_OUT
Circuit for VREF_OUT
VREF_OUT provides a 1.2V reference voltage that can be used as VREFH for ADC.

VREFH is the high reference voltage for the ADC, in this circuit it will have the same values as
VDDA (Analog supply voltage).
