Short instruction: Truck brake test with manual eva-
luation
These short instructions are intended for users familiar with
handling brake test stands.
Make sure that there are
no
persons in the test stand
area!
Danger to life
for any persons in the test roller area!
Observe the
regulations for the prevention of acci-
dents
!
In case of danger, press the
„EMERGENCY STOP switch“ (13)!
Activate the test stand by means of the main switch (14).

Before inspecting a new vehicle, the measuring values
must be deleted using the key C (69).

Drive
vehicle
slowly
into the roller set.
If the vehicle
does not stand at right angles
to the test
stand, it will drift to the side!
If the vehicle
does not stand at right angles
to the test
stand, it will drift to the side!

Automatic slip deactivation.
Indicator light „Slip deactivation RH/LH“ (3) shows slip
cause side.

If the automatic slip deactivation is not obtained:

The drive motors are switched off.
The brake force course is stored.
In the automatic mode „Automatik“, the drive motors are
switched on again automatically after 4 seconds.
If the brake pressure test is repeated, the first brake force
course is overwritten.

Drive off the vehicle from the test stand only
in forward
direction

when the test rollers are running
