• You may be in an area near tall buildings or basements.
• There might be a lot of network congestion in that area.
• The area is not covered by your service provider.
• Replace the battery.
• Your phone may be consuming a lot of battery power and reducing standby time.
• Turn off the phone temporarily.
• Charge or replace the battery.
• The SIM card may be damaged.
• Ensure the SIM card is properly installed.
• Wipe the face of the SIM card with a clean cloth.
• The SIM card is invalid. Contact your network service provider.
• You may be in an area beyond GSM coverage.
• Verify if the call barring feature or fixed dialing number feature is enabled, if so, cancel it.
• The store space of the phonebook has been used up.
