If the camera activates the Wi-Fi hotspot, but the smartphone does not
connect to it successfully within the selected time, the Wi-Fi hotspot will
automatically be deactivated and the camera will return to SETUP mode or
ON mode.
When the smartphone is more than 15m / 49ft. away from the camera, the
Wi-Fi hotspot is automatically deactivated.

In SETUP mode, the camera will automatically power off after 3, 5 or 10
minutes without any press on the keypad. Slide the switch to the OFF position
then back to the SETUP position if you want to continue the settings.
If you select OFF, there is no automatic shutdown of the camera in SETUP
mode.

In SETUP mode, the LCD screen will automatically go to sleep after 1, 3 or 5
minutes of no activity. Press any key to wake up the screen.
If you select OFF, the screen does not go to sleep in SETUP mode.

7.
Operation
7.1.
Turn ON the camera
Any time after the batteries and memory card have been inserted, you can switch on the camera.
Put the switch
in the “ON” position; the camera is ready to work.
The red indicator light located on the front of the camera will blink and the LCD display will count down
5 seconds. This interval allows you time to close the camera front cover and leave the monitored area.
Once in the ON mode, the camera will take photos or videos according to its current parameter settings.
NOTE: the camera comes pre-programmed with factory default settings. In order to test or use the device,
you only need to insert the SD card and AA batteries then power on the camera (switch in the ON position).
