4. INSTALLATION
Make sure the location can support 5 times the total weight of the bullet camera. Be careful not to jam
or peel insulation covering of the cable. This may result in malfunction or a fire hazard.
Using the template, mark the position of the mounting holes
Drill holes for the mounting screws and the hole for video and power cables
Pass the power and video cables through the hole in the base of the camera
Pass the cables through a previously prepared in the ceiling/wall hole
Using screws included in the box, attach the base of the camera to the ceiling/wall
Adjust the position of the camera and the lens hood and then lock them with position with
suitable screws/nuts.
Make the appropriate camera settings via the OSD menu
4.1. Power supply connection
NOTE: Device should be supplied only from a power sources whose parameters are in
accordance with those specified by producer in the camera’s technical datasheet. Therefore, it is
forbidden to supply the camera from power sources whose parameters are unknown, unstable
or not meeting the producer’s requirements.
NOTE: The declared degree of protection of the camera relates to its housing and does not take
into account the possibility of moisture infiltration into the interior of the camera by connecting
cables. Connection cables protection through i.e. sealing up is the responsibility of the camera
installer. The manufacturer is not liable for any damages to the camera caused as a result of
failing in performing that activity by installer, which also means that camera damaged in that
way is not subject to warranty repairs.
4.2 Zoom and Focus Setting
The camera has a motor-zoom lens that can be controlled using a joystick mounted on the signal cable
or via a protocol COAX operated from the recorder or the remote control. Use the
UP, DOWN
keys to
set the desirable zoom and the camera will automatically adjust itself to that see focused plan. To
manually adjust the focus use the keys
LEFT, RIGHT
