START-UP AND INITIAL CAMERA CONFIGURATION
RS485 control bus need all device which connect to it shall be in parallel mode, and each end of the
system shall be connected to a 120ohm resistor. Our speed dome has a 120ohm resistor built inside,
you need only set it up through dip switch. Put the 4th switch on, then the resistor will be connected,
details as below:
2.3 Camera AddressSettings
In order to avoid control conflicts, each camera should be assigned with unique address in the system.
Switches numbered 1 to 8 are responsible for assigning an address.
When building a system containing a single DVR, assign addresses is recommended to accordance with
their respective video inputs numbering.
Number visible on the DIP switch and their values are described in table below. Sum of the values
determines the physical ID address of the camera.
ATTENTION!
Remember each camera has its address set to 1 by default!
