5.1. Main menu
In order to enter the menu press the joystick
button (
ENTER
command). The following menu is
displayed on the screen:
IMAGE
submenu is explained on the next page
DAY&NIGHT
- selection of day/night operating mode. Available options:
EXTERNAL
,
COLOR
,
B&W
,
AUTO
(default option:
EXTERNAL
). This option allows you to toggle the camera in day
mode (color) and night mode (black and white). Due to the specifics of cameras Starlight,
where the default operation mode is the color mode,
AUTO
and
COLOR
options are inactive, in
EXTERNAL
mode camera works only in color and in
B&W
mode - only in black and white.
VIDEO STANDARD
- selection of system of the camera, PAL (
50Hz
) or NTSC (
60Hz
).
NOTE: the system switching of the camera is made immediately after you select the appropriate
option (there is no need confirmation). When you switch the camera to the NTSC system, you
should also switch the DVR to an image appeared.
LANGUAGE -
menu language selection. Currently available are
ENGLISH
(default) or
CHINESE
.
LOAD DEFAULT
- restores the default settings for the camera options, with the exception of
system selection (PAL/NTSC).
SOFT VERSION
- information about the camera firmware version
SAVE&EXIT -
saves the changes in the options and closes menu
EXIT
-
closes the camera menu without saving changes. The changes remain valid until you
restart the camera (after power off).
