5.8. A group of settings „Intelligent”
This menu allows to configure and manage the features of advanced image analysis.
5.8.1. „Perimeter intrusion” Menu
The menu allows to configure up to four detection zones. An alarm event is generated when object
crossing the border zone, and its movement is carried out in a direction specific in the settings.
Configuring the parameters of zone
In the zone options should be specified the duration of the alarm, the duration of the recording after the
event (
Post recording
), sensitivity and type of scene (
Indoor, Outdoor
). The last two options are used
to configure the operation of analysis algorithms to ensure the least amount of false alarms. In the next
step, select the type of alarm event (

), select the number of
zone to be set, set the type of action (ie, the direction of motion, which will trigger an alarm event) and
activate the zone.
Drawing a zone
To draw a zone, click the left mouse button on the preview window at the desired location and drag the
mouse - drawing the border zone starts. In the place where you want to end the border click again and
go to the drawing next edge. In the same way we draw all the necessary zones.

The zone can only have the shape of a convex quadrilateral and its borders can not intersect. If
several zones, thereof areas may overlap.
