To print the user guide for TheTalkyOne, 

press 

escape (esc) to exit full screen mode. Then go to 
the File menu and select Page Setup to adjust your 
preferred settings, e.g. A4 landscape format for 
normal copy size. Then select OK.  
Now select Print and adjust the print settings, e.g. 
black and white, and then select OK.
