Please check the following suggestions if you experience any
problems with
TheTalkyOne
.
•
If there is no sound in your speakerphone
:
– Check that the volume is adjusted correctly.
– Check that your speakerphone is paired with your device.
– Check that your speakerphone and device are turned on.
You should then hear a sound from your speakerphone.
– Check that your speakerphone and device are charged.
•
If you cannot pair your speakerphone
:
– Check that the speakerphone is not already paired with
your device. If not, then repeat the pairing procedure, or
reset the list of paired devices, by pressing and holding (4
sec) the multi-function button and volume up (••) at the
same time.
•
If you hear static or noise in your speakerphone
:
– Check that the speakerphone is close to your mobile device
and that the microphone is pointing towards you. If not,
move the speakerphone closer to the device.
•
If you cannot redial, voice dial, or reject a call
with your
speakerphone:
– Check that these features are supported by the connected
mobile device.
•
If the speakerphone is not functioning properly,
– You may need to reset the hardware. To reset the
speakerphone hardware, press and hold (10 sec) the
multi-function button and volume up (••) at the same time.
