The modem registers but can’t send or receive data.

Check the DNS settings in the Wireless Modem Manager.
•
Confirm the network connection by pinging a known IP address (such as your provider’s
DNS server).
•
Contact your service provider to confirm that there are no network issues in your area.
•
Confirm that the site or server you’re trying to reach isn’t blocked or protected from the
modem in any way (for example, by firewalls).
