OPERATING YOUR CITRUS JUICER PITCHER™
Now that you have assembled your OLD FASHIONED LEMONADE JUICE STAND™,
making fresh lemonade or other healthy fresh citrus drinks is easy and fun.
Cut your citrus in half, placing one half over the reamer and gently press down. The motor
will activate and the juicer will spin clockwise as it extracts the juice from the fruit. Hold the
fruit covered reamer down for no longer than 3 to 5 seconds. When you release pressure,
the unit stops. Give the unit another 5 seconds rest then press down again, the reamer
will reverse to a counter clockwise spin extracting the juice and cleaning the pulp from the
fruit.
The pulp will fall into the basket and the seeds will be trapped as you extract the juice from
the citrus half. Continue to place your cut fruit halves on the reamer to extract juice,
repeating the process until you have the desired amount of juice in the pitcher.
Basic Lemonade Recipe: (Serves 8)
12 Lemons
1 1/4 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Cup Boiling Water (Combine the sugar and water and bring to a slow
boil on stovetop until the sugar dissolves. Chill.)
Add 4 Cups of Ice Cold Water and mix well.
Add lemon slices for garnish and serve.
ENJOY! Experiment with lemons and limes and by adding other flavored juices to your
freshly made citrus juice.

directions in the PRE-USE PREPARATIONS on Page 2.

After using your OLD FASHIONED LEMONADE JUICE STAND™, disconnect from
electrical outlet. Remove plug by gripping the plug body and pulling out of the outlet.
Never yank or twist cord to unplug the unit
NOTE: Hand washing your OLD FASHIONED LEMONADE JUICE STAND™ is
recommended to preserve the finish.
