CARE AND MAINTENANCE
THE HOT DOG TOASTER™ is made with a special inner design and
construction. Follow the instructions to give you best toasting results.
A.
Lift the toaster by the handles only.
B.
Use only standard size hot dogs and hot dog buns. Do not try to
remove hot dog or hot dog buns if they get jammed inside the basket
without first unplugging the toaster.
C.
Clean outer surface of THE HOT DOG TOASTER™ with a soft damp
cloth and only when it is unplugged and completely cooled.
D.
Use soapy water to clean the basket and tweezer before and after use.
E.
Make sure THE HOT DOG TOASTER is completely cooled before
storing or cleaning.
F.
Unplug THE HOT DOG TOASTER before removing the crumb tray from
the base. Crumbs in the mechanism must be removed by blowing or
gentle shaking.
Crumb tray must be cleaned regularly.
G.
Do not operated toaster without at least one hot dog and/or one bun in
place.
H.
Never use THE HOT DOG TOASTER™ without the hot dogs / bun
basket, and crumb tray in place.
NOTE: DO NOT USE FROZEN HOT DOGS IN THE HOT DOG TOASTER. Be
sure to thaw them out thoroughly before placing in unit.
It is preferable to use
buns and hot dogs at room temperature to ensure predictable heating.
