Make sure the power is present and correctly wired
Check the in-line fuse.
Re-verify that the correct system voltage is being used for the radar processor box model and that the
power is properly wired. If the radar processor has incorrect power, the system may not initialize
properly or the radar processor may be damaged.

Are Range Rings displayed?
Yes, range rings are displayed.

Confirm that the installation set up had been performed.

Verify that the array is turning. If it's a dome, with the power off, remove the dome cover
(weather permitting). Apply power to the system. After the warn-up countdown has
completed, and the transmit option is set to ON, verify that the array is turning.

If the antenna does not turn, skip to the section "If the scanner fails to turn".
