TROUBLESHOOTING
SYMPTOMS CAUSES REMEDIES
The water pump will not start The motor thermic protection is open Check the mains voltage (+/- 5%
tolerance). Check the phases
in the plug are connected well.
The machine is not going in The no-return valve does not seal Replace the valve or the gasket
TOTAL STOP mode (unit in and check the pressure valve
by-pass) body wear.
Leakage from the water system Eliminate the leaks
of the gun
The water pump does not reach
Nozzle worn Replace the nozzle
maximum pressure
Pressure ball or adjustment housing Replace the faulty part
worn or spring broken
Pressure valve gaskets worn Replace the valve gaskets
Pistons seal gasket worn Replace the gaskets
Nozzle holding head in position Turn the head on high pressure
low pressure
Strong vibrations on the water pump Water supply insufficient Check the water supply flow and
the relative pressure (2÷10)
Check the water filter and clean
it if necessary
Prime the pump without the lance
Alien matter under a check valve Check the valves, clean and
reassemble
The burner will not start
Diesel filter blocked Clean the filter
Diesel nozzle blocked Clean the filter
Worn or broken electrodes Replace the electrodes
The pressure switch remains open Replace the pressure switch
Anormal noise of Diesel pump Low diesel Fill diesel tank or work on cold water
No detergent suction High viscosity of the employed Further dilute the detergent
detergent
Detergent filter blocked Clean the filter
