Operating instructions
Note:
• The lamp section has a built-in battery pack.
Set the [ OFF-P-ON ] switch to
OFF
and let
the batteries charge for two days before using the lamp post for the first time.
• Set in the
P
position the lamp post’s twilight switch will turn on
one
LED for decorative
purposes from dusk to sunrise.
• Set in the
P
position, if the PIR detector is motion activated during the period from dusk to
sunrise (e.g. during the time when the decorative LED is on), all LEDs will then come on.
OFF
Set the [ OFF-P-ON ] switch to the
OFF
if you don’t want the light to come on at all.
P
Set the [ OFF-P-ON ] switch to the
P
position if you want the decorative LED to come
on from dusk to dawn and that all other LEDs to light during motion detection.
ON
Set the [ OFF-P-ON ] switch to the
ON
position if you want the light to be on from dusk
to dawn.
Note:
In the
ON
position the light will on be on 50 % power in order save
battery life.
Care and maintenance
Clean the lamp post using a lightly moistened cloth. Only use mild cleaning agents,
never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
Troubleshooting guide
The lamp post
doesn’t light.
• Make sure that the [ OFF-P-ON ] switch is set to
P
.
• The batteries are flat. Charge the batteries.
The lamp post comes
on randomly.

Responsible disposal
