This document is intended for use by field technicians who:

are qualified to work on the dc electrical power feeds to the
Passport 15000 or 20000 according to local electrical codes for the kind
of power hookup required
•
are qualified to handle cards or modules that plug into a Passport 15000
or 20000 without accidently affecting service or to handle, install, or
replace mechanical switch hardware and associated equipment without
causing personal injury or damage to equipment
•
have experience and knowledge of the safe and practical operation of the
specialty tools and methods required to do the tasks identified in the
procedures throughout this document
