Click on the Concurrent FTP Jobs: field. Choose between 1 and 5 from the
option menu.

Click on the Email Errors: section.

Click on the Yes button.

Go to the To: field.

Type the email address.
Note 1:
You can send to more than one email address. Separate the
addresses with a semi-colon symbol (;) (e.g. jones;smith;north).
Note 2:
To not notify anyone of error messages, click on the No button.
Go to step 10.

Select the Describe Controllers as: field. Choose one of the following from
the option menu:

IP:Port
•
IP:Port Name
•
Name
Note:
This is the description that will be saved to the logs.

Select the Managed Error States: field. Type the definition you want
available in the Managed Errors: tab. Separate the values with a semi-colon
symbol (;) (e.g., Fixed; Referred; Waiting).
Go to step 10.

Select the Font Size: field. Choose between 8 and 12 from the option menu.
The selection will take effect the next time that the UI is restarted.
Go to step 10.

Select the Job Timeout (Hours) field. Choose a time (4, 8, 12, 16, 20, or 24
hours) for the job to time and be terminated if it is not completed within this
time.
Go to step 10.

To save your data, click on the Save button.
