Compact ICS 7.1 System Coordinator Guide

Turning off an alarm

When the alarm rings, the user can release the ring by doing one of the
following, depending on the type of telephone in the room:

Digital set: Press any button except

Analog set: Lift and replace the handset.

acts like a snooze alarm and will temporarily disable the alarm for a

programmed period. Refer to ‘‘Service times’’ on page 182.

If the user is on a call when the alarm sounds, they can press any button
