Icon

Description

The alert has been disabled and will not be sent to 

subscribers.
The alert’s delivery schedule dictates that the alert should 

be delivered at the current time.
The alert’s delivery schedule dictates that the alert will be 

delivered in the future.
The alert has been delivered.
The alert is owned by the currently logged-in user.
Click this icon to change ownerships of the alert. (Only 

available to the system administrator.)

Click this icon to contract or expand the current alert 

record.

Column

Description

Title

This column contains the title of the alert. Click the title for 

an alert to view or edit that alert.

Main Page

This shows the content of the first page of the alert – 

graphic or text.

Extended Information

Shows the textual content of the extended page of the alert 

(if any).

Recipients

Shows the distribution lists the alert is being sent to.
