8. Check spark gap against dimensions below,
if necessary, adjust using long nose pilers. Be
careful not to crack the ceramic sleeve.
9. To replace the probe, unscrew the 7mm nut
to release the probe from the bracket and
change.
10. Check condition of probe bracket gasket and
replace if necessary.
11. Refit all parts in reverse order.
12. Follow start up and commissioning
procedure.
7.7 Replacement of LC3 safety
thermostats
1. Disconnect LC3 electrical connectors.
2. Remove LC3 protective cap and lock nut.
3. Unscrew the 2 fixings from the mounting
bracket.
4. Withdraw mounting bracket from heater.
