3.5 Standard Warranty

Norsat International Incorporated warrants that its equipment shall be free from defects in material or
workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the ship date, unless otherwise stated in the Offer Terms
and Conditions. The warranty does not cover units that have:

been damaged through improper use or physical damage (e.g. dropped units)

-

been modified, altered, or repaired by the user

-

the security label(s) removed or damaged

-

the serial number label removed or altered
