– WHAT TO DO IF YOU SMELL GAS

  • Do not try to light any appliance.
  • Do not touch any electrical switch; do not use any phone in your building.
  • Immediately call your gas supplier from a neighbor’s phone. Follow the gas supplier’s instructions.
  • If you cannot reach your gas supplier, call the fire department.

– Installation and service must be performed by a qualified installer, service agency or the gas supplier.

If the information in these instructions is not followed exactly, a fire or explosion may result, 
causing property damage, personal injury, or death.

Before using, please:

Read this guide completely for operation instructions.

Completely fill out the warranty registration card (included separately) and mail the detachable portion to Noritz 

America Corporation. Keep this guide (and the remainder of the warranty registration card) where

it can be found whenever necessary.

Installation must conform with local codes, or in the absence of local codes, the National Fuel Gas Code, ANSI 

Z223.1/NFPA 54-latest edition and/or, Natural Gas and Propane Installation Code (CSA B149.1-latest edition).

Where required by the authority having jurisdiction, the installation must conform to the Standard for Controls 

and Safety Devices for Automatically Fired Boilers, ANSI/ASME CSD-1.Noritz America reserves the right to 

discontinue, or change at any time, the designs and/or specifications of its products without notice.
