8.1.8 8.1.8 Volume adjustment (DRC)
The
Volume Adjustment
menu item is used to set the compression rate, which compensates for
dynamic fluctuations and the associated volume variations.
>
Hold down the MENU button and use the up/down arrow keys to select the [Volume
Adjustment] item.
> Press the ENTER button.
> Use the up/down arrow keys to select the compression rate.
DRC high -
High compression
DRC low -
Low compression
DRC off -
Compression switched off.
> Confirm your selection by pressing the
ENTER button.
8.1.9 Deleting inactive stations
The menu item Delete Inactive Stations is for removing old stations and those no longer being
received from the station list.
>
Hold down the MENU button and use the up/down arrow keys to select [Delete
Inactive Station].
> Press the
ENTER button.
The query [Inactive stations Yes or No] asks whether the inactive stations should be deleted.
> Use the
up/down arrow keys
to select
[Yes]
and confirm by pressing the
ENTER
button.
