Generally
Please read through the Operating Instructions carefully before using this
electric barbecue for the first time. Follow instructions for safe use of the
product. The grill can be used outside and inndoors. For indoor use, take
into account the fire/smoke detectors.
To avoid serious damage, please follow the
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Before use, please check that the voltage
indicated on the electric barbecue is the
same as the voltage used in your house.
If they are different, please do not use the
barbecue.
2. lnsert the power cord plug into the power
socket connected with grounding wire.
3. Make sure the wires dont touch any warm
parts.
4. Twisting or loosening the cord could
cause danger.
5. Do not store flammable fluids close to
the grill when using it. The grill should be
atleast 50 cm from the wall when in use.
6. The grill may reach high temperatures
when the appliance is operating. Keep
small children away from the grill.
7. Make sure the grid plate doesn´t touch
the heating element when used.
8. Protect the electrical components against
rain and water. Water may cause a short
circut and could cause danger.
9. Never use the grill until the base is filled
with water. The aluminum reflector/oil tray
should be floating on the water.
10. Always unplug the power cord after using
the grill and whenever cleaning the grill.
11. Check that there is no damage to the
cord or outlet regularly. Do not use if
these are damaged.
12. lf the supply cord is damaged, it must be
replaced by a special cord or assembly
available from the manufacturer.
13. Warning!
Charcoal or similar combustible
fuels must not be used with this appliance
14. It is recommended to install an earth
leakage circuit breaker switch there if
there is uncertainty about the electrical
installation.
15. The owner manual should follow the
product if sold.
16. Do not touch the grill hot surfaces when it
is in use as it may cause burns.
17. Warning!
The grill should never be
operated by children. Keep children,
animals and others who cannot take
responsebility for themselves, away when
using the grill.
18. This product should not be used together
with a timer or the like.
Important safety instructions!
For the product to work properly, the thermostat and heating
element must be mounted correctly. The thermostat is equipped
with a safety switch that will be powered if mounted correct.
Installing the grill
1. Unpack all parts and remove the packing material.
2.
Attach the four legs to the base by turning them counterclockwise untill they are firmly fixed.
3.
lnstall the heating element. Ensure that the thermostat is correctly fitted into the grill in order
to work properly.
4. Place the grid plate and make sure it doesn´t touch the heating element.
