Care
To maintain the quality of the appliance over time, take the following precautions:
Do not drop the probe as the sensor is delicate.
During periods of inactivity, remove any residual food, dry and clean the cell, leave
the door slightly open to facilitate air circulation.
In the event of a long period of inactivity, disconnect the appliance from the mains.
IT IS advisable to clean the inside of the cell every day to maintain high levels of
hygiene and to prevent the stainless steel inside the cell from getting ruined.
Warning! Disconnect the power plug until it is used again.
Warning! Before using it again, make sure that the appliance is intact and
clean it carefully and completely.

Emptying the condensate collection tray
For a correct and efficient operation of the appliance, every 12 hours of use, check to see if
the tray is full and empty it if necessary.
For models 5, 7, 10, 12, 15, 18, 7F and 12F the tray is under the technical compartment,
whereas for model 20 it is under the evaporator inside the cell.
11.6
Extraordinary maintenance
Any extraordinary maintenance operations must be performed exclusively by qualified
personnel, that is by a technician or by an installer, as they concern live electrical parts and
electronic boards.
The manufacturer declines all liability for operations performed on the appliance without
following the instructions in this manual.
