USE WITH CORE PROBE
The core temperature probe is the supplied device located inside the cell and it is used to
detect the temperature at the centre of the products subject to blast chilling or deep-
freezing.
The probe must be inserted inside the food before starting the cycle.
Warning! The core probe must be inserted all the way to the centre of the
food, making sure that it does not come out; it must be handled carefully
because it is pointed. At the end of the operating cycle, pull the probe out
of the food before removing the tray from the blast chiller, clean it using a
soft cloth and warm water, then put it back in the cell.

Warning! Do not leave the core probe handing outside the blast chiller
door.
It is recommended to avoid covering the trays with lids or insulating film which may affect
the processing time.
Do not overload the appliance, see the capacity of the model.
Warning! Make sure that there is enough space between the trays to allow
for suitable air circulation and, if possible, distribute the load between all
the shelves.
Warning! If very hot containers or trays are placed inside the appliance
(over 75°C), it is advisable to pre-cool the cell while empty (that is with
nothing inside); it is also advisable not to place hot containers or trays
directly on the bottom of the cell.
