Hardware prefetcher
Hardware Prefetcher: Before CPU processes instructions or data, it prefetches these
instructions or data from memory into L2 cache to reduce memory reading time and help
eliminate potential bottlenecks, so as to improve system efficiency.
This option is Enabled / Disabled hardware prefetch, and the default is Enabled.

When the computer reads the data, it intelligently thinks
that the adjacent data to be read is also needed, so it reads the adjacent data in advance when
processing, which will greatly speed up the reading speed.
