Solution

The scale is overloaded 

and will automatically 

switched off.

Step off the scale to avoid causing 

damage to the scale. 

The batteries are too 

weak and the scale will 

automatically switch off.

Refer to the section "REPLACING 

BATTERIES" to replace batteries.

Check:

- if the Bluetooth of your mobile/ portable 

device is ON

- if the App in your mobile/ portable device is ON

- if the scale and your mobile/ portable 

device are within the transmission distance 

of Bluetooth.

Pair-Up of the scale and 

your mobile/ portable 

device is not successful.

resume blood circulation and then 

measure again.
