Adding a New Contact
Your Sprint PCS Phone can store up to 500 contacts. Each
contact can store up to a total of 5 phone numbers.
To add a new entry:
1.
Enter the phone number from standby mode and
press
Save
.

Names > Options > Add new
.

Press
Menu > Contacts > Names > Options > Add new
.
2.
Enter the name for the entry and press
OK
. (See
“Entering Text” on page 34.)
3.
Enter the phone number for the new entry and
press
OK
.
After you have saved the number, the new contact entry is
displayed. (See “Changing Contacts Entry Options” on
page 86.)
Adding a Phone Number to a Contact
To add a phone number to an entry:
1.
Display a contact and select
Details
to display the
entries for that contact, and press
Options
.
2.
Use the navigation key to scroll down and select
Add detail
>
Number.
3.
Highlight the desired number type and press
Select
.
4.
Enter the new phone number and press
OK
. (A
confirmation displays.)
5.
Press
Back
to return to
Contacts
.

Press
to return to standby mode.
