Dialing Options

When you enter numbers in standby mode, you will see a 
variety of dialing options appear as softkeys on the phone’s 
display screen.

To initiate an option, press the corresponding softkey 
button.

Options

—add the entered number to an existing 

contact; send a message to, or call the entered number.

Save

—enter a seven or ten digit number (phone 

number and area code) and press 

Save

 to save the 

phone number in your contacts list. (See “Saving a 
Phone Number” on page 31.)

Clear

—clear any number entered one at a time. Press 

and hold to clear all.

Tip:

To redial your last outgoing call, press 

 twice.

When making calls off the Sprint Nationwide PCS Network, 
always dial using 11 digits (1 + area code + phone number).
