GPS RF test points

The GPS antenna test pad is located on the left side under the decoration cover as shown in figure "GPS

antenna test pad". Checking for a connection of test point will confirm that the antenna is working correctly,

as well as performing a radiated CW test.
J 6201 = GPS Antenna test pad
In order to probe GPS RF test points, inject 1575.52 MHz tone @ -50dBm at the GPS antenna test connector

and select Receiver On, then probe the GPS RF test points as shown in figure "GPS RF probe points". Compare

RF levels with a known reference phone.
