Restore factory settings
If you want to clear all the pairings and settings, restore your headset to the factory settings.
1.
Make sure the headset is not connected to any devices.
2.
Press and hold and the power key for 2 seconds.
You hear a voice prompt, and the battery indicator light flashes green and red.
