Predictive text input
With predictive text input, you can use the built-in
dictionary when writing, and add new words to it. You can
use predictive text input only when the writing language
is English.
1. Start writing a word using the keys from 2 to 9. Press
each key once for each letter.
2. Press
0
to confirm a word, and insert a space after it.
If the word is not correct, press
*
repeatedly until the
desired word is displayed, and then confirm.
If
*
is displayed, enter an additional key to make a
match with the built-in dictionary.
If the ? character is displayed after the word, the word
you intend to write is not in the dictionary. To add the
word to the dictionary, select
Spell
. Enter the word
using traditional text input, and select
Save
.
