Calling Card

This menu function allows you to activate a calling
card option for automatic calling card calls. You can
select the calling card option among three calling
card compnaies programmed into your phone, or
you can select the NO CARD option. For making
an automatic calling card call, see Calling Card
Call on page 15. 

To select the card call option:

Press 

 and scroll to the menu function

CALLING CARD by using     and press 

.

The phone asks for your lock code (

LOCKCODE?).

Enter your four-digit lock code and press 

.

After you have entered the correct code, the phone
displays the name of the previously selected card,
or the message 

NO CARD will be displayed.

•

If you enter an incorrect lock code, the message
CODE ERROR is displayed and the phone exits
the menu facility.

Scroll through the options by using     and
confirm your choice by pressing 

. 

•

If you select the NO CARD option, the previously
stored calling card data will be erased and the
phone exits the menu facility.

•

If you select one of the card options, the phone
prompts for the network access number, if re-
quired (ACCESS NUMBER?).

Enter the access number and press 

.

The phone now prompts for the card number
(

CARD ID CODE?).

Enter the card number and press 

.

The message 

STORED is briefly displayed confirm-

ing that the selected card has been activated and the
previously stored calling card data erased. 

Note: To exit the menu facility without changing the
calling card settings, press and hold 

 before press-

ing 

 in step 5.
