Enable default mode connection
Connect to your PC in
Default mode
to transfer phone data and files between
your phone and PC using PC Suite.
1. Connect your PC and your phone with a CA-53 USB data cable. A notification
is displayed that asks which mode you want to select.
2. Select
Accept

Default mode
. A notification is displayed stating that
a connection is active.
You can now use PC Suite to connect to your phone.
Disable data storage connection
1. To disable the USB data cable, double-click the green arrow on the taskbar
at the bottom of your PC screen.
Unplug

Eject Hardware

2. Click on USB Device in the Hardware devices window.
Stop a Hardware device
is displayed.
3. Highlight
USB device
, and click
OK
.
The
Safe to Remove Hardware
pop-up window is displayed with the
following message
“The ‘USB Device’ device can now be safely removed
from the system
."
4. Click
OK
.

The enhancement settings menu is shown only if the device has been connected
to a compatible enhancement. Select

To use a T-coil hearing aid with your device, select

Important:
The headset may affect your ability to hear sounds around you.
Do not use the headset in situations that may endanger your safety.
Select the option of your choice to enter the submenu and modify its settings.
Default profile
—Choose the profile you want automatically activated with
a headset connected.
Automatic answer

Off
—Answer calls automatically after one ring with
a headset connected.
