Installing the Gateway
Installing the Nokia 50i Gateway
The Nokia 50i gateway can be rack mounted alone in a one-unit space (1U).
Two Nokia 50i gateways can be rack mounted together in a 1U space by using
a rack-mountable shell, which you can order separately. This section describes
how to rack-mount a Nokia 50i gateway, including:

Before you mount the gateway on the rack, install the two side brackets with
four screws on each side, as shown in
Figure 3 . The brackets and screws are
included with the materials you receive with the gateway.
Two mounting positions are available to mount the gateway either flush with
the rack (bracket position A), or two inches forward of the rack (bracket
position B).
