Prevent making or receiving calls
Keep your phone bill under control by preventing certain types of
calls. You can prevent, for example, incoming calls while you're
abroad. Call barring is a network service.

call barring service
and an option.
3.
Type in the barring password you have received from your service
provider.
Tip:
To check how long your calls have been, how much data you've
used, or how many text messages you've sent, select
counters
. You
can set the counters to be cleared automatically, for example, each
month.
