Store the Device ID
When click "Show DeviceID"button

you can get device ID. Next click “OK” button to copy;
Open the
“
Password.txt” file in the same direction of “MSTV_Tool.exe”to stick the Device ID.

Deciphering
Receive the Device ID password ,copy it into the password.txt
●
,as following.
Click “ enter password”button then bounce “success”window, it indicates deciphering succeed.
