( 5 ) Blade replacement
①
Turn off the main power.
②
Loosen the screw of the guard with the accessory driver, remove the guard.
③
Loosen the blade fixing screw with the accessory driver, remove the blade holder.
④
Replace the blade and assemble in the reverse process.
(Precaution)
・
Work carefully not to touch the cutting edge.
※
If you touch edge of blade, please wear protective gloves etc.
・
Work carefully not to drop the removed screw inside the machine.
・
Tighten the blade fixing screw little by little alternately to the left and right, tighten firmly at the
end.

F
eed roll adjustment
The feed roll and blade
’s space is properly adjusted depend on
the thickness of a work piece.
Turning the adjustment screw to the right increases the distance between the roller and the blade,
turn to the left to narrow.
Once the position is determined, turn the lock nut and fix the adjustment screw.
(Precaution)
Not to contact between the roller and the blade, the stop position at the stopper is the upper limit
position.
