■Handling Instructions■ 

  Do not burden the machine.

  Do not use where it gets wet. Avoid using wet hands. 

  Be careful not to touch the cutting edge when replacing blade. 

  Keep your fingers away from the blade while operating. 

  Not to give excessive shock such as falls. 

  Do not operate with the presser foot in contact with the roller or cutter. 

  Do  not  operate  the  roller  in  contact  with  the  blade.(It  may  cause  the  blade  to  chip  or  the 

sharpness to deteriorate quickly.) 

  Do not stop the processed product and keep moving the skiving Machine.

  Never run continuously for more than 15 minutes. (interval 45 minutes) 

  Be sure to keep the cardboard boxes that the machine was in. 

 

It is used when shipping to our company if there is a problem.

 

 

 

■Safety device■ 

  Spindle motor

Feed motor 

  There  is  a  safety  device  that  automatically  shuts  off  the  machine  when  a  certain  load  is 

applied. 

  Once the safety device has been activated, turn off the main power and remove the one 

with tools that caused the overload. 

  At this time, be careful not to touch the blade with your hands. 

  If it can be confirmed that it has been removed, turn on the main power again and check that 

the indicator lamp is light in green before restarting operation. 

  Main circuit 

  If the circuit is shorted, the fuse built into the main unit will blow. 

  If the fuse is broken, replace it with a new one. Refer to 8 

page“ Fuse Replacement”. 

 

 

Make sure to check the following items before work

■ 

  Check if each part has no loose screws. 

  Check that the blade and presser foot are firmly fixed. 

  Check if the presser foot is not in contact with the blade or roller and the roller is not in contact 

with the blade. 

  Adjustment the thickness in trial and then work on it.
