4.1.3 Memory Switch setting by manual
Firstly, make sure that paper is set and printer is ready for feeding paper when setting (or
changing) memory switch configuration manually. Then, follow the switch operation
mentioned below. Printer automatically prints out new setting contents and activates
software reset before new setting becomes effective.
(1) How to shift to setting mode
Head cover: closed
FEED switch: ON
Turn ON the power with above statuses.
After a complete activation of printer, open the head cover and close it again.
Then, turn OFF the FEED switch.
Next, it will prints out beginning with “**MEMORY SW SETTING MODE**” to enter into
setting mode. Finally, ALARM LED (red) will blink.
