3. Safe driving guide
THIS SECTION IS VERY IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ IT ATTENTIVELY AND ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE UNDERSTOOD ALL THE
INSTRUCTIONS. NINO® IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, ACCIDENTS, OR DISPUTES WHICH MAY RESULT
FROM THE FAILURE TO RESPECT THE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS DISCUSSED IN THIS SECTION. THE DRIVER TRAINING FROM
YOUR RETAILER IS OBLIGATORY.
More than just a recreational vehicle, Nino® is also a means of transportation. It may expose you to the same risks as other modes of travel.
However, if you follow the instructions in section 3 of this manual (“Safe driving guide”), you can ensure your safety and that of others as much as
possible. In doing so, you will avoid serious injuries even if irreversible damages occur to your Nino® or if you are seized by a sudden illness.
There is one thing which you must remember: during travel, you must exercise caution and keep a reasonable distance from other people and
other vehicles, because even if you drive your Nino® on the road or during a public event while following the recommendations in the “safe driving
guide,” you may still be exposed to risks resulting from the unpredictable behaviours of other people or other drivers, just as you would when
walking or riding a bicycle.
Obligatory instructions:

Understand and follow your country’s legislation for this type of vehicle.
Ø
Check the charge level of the battery before each use with the aid of your remote control. If there is less than 40% battery life
remaining, do not use it for a long ride, as it may stop along the route.
Ø
Check your Nino® to make sure that there are no lost or damaged parts and that there are no continuous alarm signals while in
operation.
Ø
Before driving, ensure that you are in good condition and that you are not currently or have not been under the influence of alcohol, a
sedative, or a stimulant for at least 6 hours prior.
