Start with your Fresh Fruit or Veggies. Then add any 
Nuts, Seeds or Powder followed by any liquids like Juice 
or Milk. More liquid can help to integrate powder. Then 
add your Frozen Fruit and Ice. Remember to securely 
tighten the blade and don’t overfill the cups. (Fig. 6)
