The electric model requires two 12V batteries
(recommended capacity 140 Ah).
According to the country where it is sold,
there are three possibilities:
1
- Battery is supplied with the machine and it
is set, complete with acid solution.
2
- Battery is supplied with the machine and it
is set, but not complete with acid solution.
3
- Battery is not supplied.
Before installing batteries, carefully read the
information written on the decal sticked
under the bonnet.
The battery compartment is under the seat -
lift the seat cover and check which of the
three possibilities apply to your machine.

- If the battery is set, open one of the
ventilation caps to check if it is complete with
acid. If so:

- Check the level of the solution in each
element and fill up with destilled water only.

- Proceed with the charging.

- If the battery is set without acid solution it
must be filled up (sulphuric acid,
concentration >36%) according to the
instructions of the next paragraph.
BATTERY FILLING UP WITH ACID SOLUTION
Warning: the battery acid is corrosive and if it
comes in contact with the skin or eyes, rinse
thoroughly with water and consult a
physician.
The battery must be filled up in an airy room.
Fill up each element of the battert with acid.
After one hour fill up with water if necessary.
Let battery rest for one hour and proceed
with the charging.
