3.2 Engine oil
Only use commercial oils that meet the following
classifications:
-
EMA DHD-1 multigrade oil (preferred oil)
-
API CH-4 multigrade oil (preferred oil)
-
ACEA E5
NB! Lubricating oil viscosity must be suitable for
the ambient temperature range for the climate in
which the machine is to operate. (Picture 1)
Attention!
Always switch off the engine when
checking the oil and when changing the
oil and the oil filter.
Engine oil check
1. Park the City Ranger 3500 on a level surface.
2. Wait for at least 10 minutes after stopping the engine in
order to allow the engine oil to return to the oil tank.
3. Take the dipstick out, dry and put back. (Picture 2)
4. Take the dipstick out again to read the oil level. The oil
level must be between maxi. and mini. on the dipstick.

5. In case of lack of oil, remove the filler cap on the engine.
Add oil, wait a few minutes and check the level again.
