4. PROGRAMMING
Programming the bell push-button
* Programming of the bell push-buttons is described in detail in the manual of the system power supply (10-801, 10-802 or 10-806) or of the service unit
(10-870).
• *If you use the service unit, tear off the serial number to be found on the rear side of the video internal unit or the packaging box and stick it on the installation
diagram.
* Only 1 device of this type can be programmed per memory location. Master-slave programming is not possible. See technical catalogue for the number of
memory locations per bell push-button (1 or 2 ) of the external unit.
This manual describes the surface mounting of the monitor.
Open door.
Operates relay which is connected to terminal K.
Activate control function 8 to operate a programmable relay (10-830, 10-836 or 10-837).
Switch light relay on the power supply.
View the camera image from one or more cameras when no communication is taking place.

Activate control function 12 to operate a programmable relay (10-830, 10-836 or 10-837).
Briefly press the button to accept the call. Press the button to speak, release the button to listen (walkie-talkie principle). The call automatically ends
after 40 seconds, if the button is no longer pressed down. The call also automatically ends 4 seconds after operating the door lock.
Alternative functions
A number of function keys can also be assigned the following alternative functions:
• If no call has been initiated: switch on the light.
• If a call has been initiated, this key retains its standard function, i.e. opening the door.
• Open floor door via control function 11. See chapter 'Activating floor bell push-button’.

* on most external units up to 2 internal units can be programmed per bell push-button. If only 1 internal unit is used or if you want to program more internal
units on a bell push-button, this must be done according to he master/slave principle. The internal unit that is programmed as SLAVE on a MASTER will always
follow all actions of the MASTER

Opening floor door with the door opener key
You can also program the function open floor door on the function key:

Press for 8s until you hear a beep and both LEDs light up.

Press for 8s until you hear a beep and both LEDs go out.

Wait 8s until you hear a beep and the LEDs go out.
The function open floor door is now programmed on the function key.
You can then activate control function 11 with the key to open the floor door up to 30s after a floor call. Control function 11 can be programmed on a
programmable relay (10-830, 10-836 or 10-837).
Setting the ringing tone
You can set a different ringing tone for
each type of call
via the function key buttons. You can choose from
13 ringing tones

• Press to select the ringing tone for the external unit with an address equal to 0 .
